Application for registration.—Every meter manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of electricity meters shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VII, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every generating station held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
