Correction of entries.—The Government of Assam may, on an application made in Form GFR 25 by any procuring entity or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
