Application for registration.—Every trustee of a family settlement carrying on the administration of a family settlement shall make an application for registration to the Family Court in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every order of maintenance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
