Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a brick kiln who ceases to carry on the working of a brick kiln shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Haryana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every register of consents held by him has been disposed of.
