Intimation of change.—Every seaman shall intimate to the Conservator of the Port, in Form 8 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Conservator of the Port shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
