Application for registration.—Every contractor for the mid-day meal carrying on the supply of mid-day meals shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every admission register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
