Application for registration.—Every displaced person carrying on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form 8, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
