Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the money changer shall apply to the Board of Approval in Form ANF-4A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Board of Approval shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
