Surrender of certificate.—Every trade marks agent who ceases to carry on the practice as a trade marks agent shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 1 of the manner in which every geographical indication held by him has been disposed of.
