Correction of entries.—The Government of Karnataka may, on an application made in Form 3 by any trade marks agent or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than three hundred and sixty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
