Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the athlete support personnel shall apply to the Government of Puducherry in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Puducherry shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
