Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the school shall apply to the Local Complaints Committee in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Local Complaints Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
