Application for registration.—Every school carrying on the running of a school shall make an application for registration to the Local Complaints Committee in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
