Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sports goods manufacturer shall apply to the Disciplinary Panel in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Disciplinary Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
