Application for registration.—Every party to an arbitration agreement carrying on the reference of disputes to arbitration shall make an application for registration to the Designated Court in Form H, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of arbitration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
