Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a place of public resort who ceases to carry on the conduct of a place of public resort shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Police in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form II of the manner in which every printing machine held by him has been disposed of.
