Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the specialised adoption agency shall apply to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
