Correction of entries.—The Juvenile Justice Board may, on an application made in Form IV by any specialised adoption agency or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than ninety days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
