Safe custody.—Every specialised adoption agency shall keep every home study report to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the placement of children in adoption is carried on, shall record in Form VI the description of every home study report so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Juvenile Justice Board within three days of the close of each year.
