Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Registrar of Warehouses in the custody of the Warehouse Inspector, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Registrar of Warehouses; and where the Warehouse Inspector having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form G within seven days of the succession.
