Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any retail vendor dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Licensing Authority in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every licence then held; and the Licensing Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
