Intimation of change.—Every importer of drugs shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 41 and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
