Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any dealer in medical devices dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Drugs Controller in Form 20-B, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every batch then held; and the Drugs Controller shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
