Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer in medical devices shall apply to the Drugs Controller in Form 28 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Drugs Controller shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
