Application for registration.—Every owner of a level crossing road carrying on the maintenance of a level crossing shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form D, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every railway receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
