Surrender of certificate.—Every air transport undertaking who ceases to carry on the carriage of passengers by air shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-1 of the manner in which every register of aircraft held by him has been disposed of.
