Surrender of certificate.—Every transmission licensee who ceases to carry on the transmission of electricity shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every supply line held by him has been disposed of.
