Application for registration.—Every transmission licensee carrying on the transmission of electricity shall make an application for registration to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form I, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of consumers held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
