Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the dealer shall apply to the Government of Haryana in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Government of Haryana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
