Surrender of certificate.—Every private body funded by a public authority who ceases to carry on the receipt of public funds shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Lokpal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every statement of assets held by him has been disposed of.
