Application for registration.—Every building worker registered with the Board carrying on registration with the Welfare Board shall make an application for registration to the Commissioner in Form 9, within forty-two days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every return held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
