Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the building worker registered with the Board shall apply to the Commissioner in Form 16 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
