Surrender of certificate.—Every pilot who ceases to carry on the flying of aircraft shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
