Surrender of certificate.—Every broadcasting organisation who ceases to carry on the broadcasting of works shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appellate Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every mark held by him has been disposed of.
