Intimation of change.—Every broadcasting organisation shall intimate to the Appellate Board, in Form 3 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand six hundred rupees.
