Application for registration.—Every broadcasting organisation carrying on the broadcasting of works shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Board in Form 18, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of eight thousand rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
