Application for registration.—Every aerodrome operator carrying on the operation of an aerodrome shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form CA-8, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every cargo manifest held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
