Surrender of certificate.—Every executor of a will who ceases to carry on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every register of births held by him has been disposed of.
