Surrender of certificate.—Every registered establishment who ceases to carry on the running of an establishment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
