Surrender of certificate.—Every document writer who ceases to carry on the writing of instruments for reward shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every stock of stamps held by him has been disposed of.
