Periodical return.—Every executor of a will carrying on the administration of the estate of a deceased person shall furnish to the District Registrar, within thirty days of the close of each year, a return in Form I of every register of deaths received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for fourteen days from the date on which it is furnished.
