Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any supplier of relief materials dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the State Executive Committee in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every stock then held; and the State Executive Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
