Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a metro railway who ceases to carry on the working of a metro railway shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every platform held by him has been disposed of.
