Surrender of certificate.—Every lottery agent who ceases to carry on the sale of lottery tickets shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Procurement Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 40 of the manner in which every contract held by him has been disposed of.
