Intimation of change.—Every lottery agent shall intimate to the Procurement Authority, in Form GFR 12-A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Procurement Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
