Grant of certificate of registration.—The Sub-Divisional Officer shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of two hundred rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form 3 within sixty days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every map stated in the application.
