Surrender of certificate.—Every person removing earth from Government land who ceases to carry on the removal of earth from Government land shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 14 of the manner in which every map held by him has been disposed of.
