Particulars of application.—Every application for registration shall state the name and address of the applicant, the premises at which the removal of earth from Government land is carried on, the particulars of every land revenue receipt held by the applicant and such other particulars as are specified in Form 7, and shall be signed by the applicant or his authorised agent.
