Application for registration.—Every insolvency professional carrying on the conduct of insolvency resolution shall make an application for registration to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board in Form AOC-4, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
