Surrender of certificate.—Every community mediator who ceases to carry on the conduct of community mediation shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every arbitration agreement held by him has been disposed of.
